Hassan (Junaid Jamshed) has been raised with one aim in life: to become a famous maulana and lead his own political party. But Hassan has other dreams; he wants to immigrate to the United States and become a pop star. He must do a great amount of soul-searching and decide what his life’s priorities are: religion, politics and piety in the Land of the Pure, or record contracts, money, and halal Chinese takeaway in the Land of Plenty.
