Some of us need
a little extra help, so renting or buying a workout
video is a good option. The chain store music shops
usually have a section devoted to exercise videos, where
you can choose from an enticing display of cassettes
with women who are at the height of their physical fitness
striking athletic poses on the cover. Don’t let
their airbrushed figures fool you – they really
look that good in real life!

for Dummies (Leave your brains at the door)
Bellydancing Boogie: Hip-Hop Hip Drop (Why didn’t
I just opt for surgery if I wanted to cut my body parts
off?)
Abs of Steel, Buns of Steel, Arms of Steel (This is
perfect for all of you who are trying to attract the
Man of Steel)
Claudia Schiffer: Naturally Beautiful (Yes, if we were
all naturally beautiful we wouldn’t need your
tape)
Jane Fonda Aerobic Workout (She has lost all credibility
since she went to Mexico and had her bottom two ribs
removed so that her waist would look smaller)
